This company creates false associations with other companies, uses false numbers and false addresses. Reading through hundreds of blog posts from 2007 on, they have hurt, insulted, abused, and defrauded people just to get card numbers. It may be a huge crime organization. Costing them money is not that painful to criminals. The best idea I have heard and will be using everytime is to get a whistle, air horn or whatever, and when the person comes on, blow that thing so loud, they never want to call back!

I used WF for personal, until they tried to screw me out of 500+ $ in overdraft fees. If was a really bad time for us because our kids were really sick in intensive unit care a hospital at that time. After I wrote letter complaining, explaining and asking for a refund to some supervisor there named Daniel King, they charged the fees off. Wow, I thought that was nice... but they didn't bother to tell me that they just submitted the money to a collection agency. I try to avoid doing business with assholes who are constantly trying to steal money from me. Wells Fargo was that type of place for us. We switched to a regional credit union with a local branch, and have been very happy with them for the past 5 years, mortgage and everything.

heres the answer to CARD HOLDER SERVICES problems. i had the same problems with them as everyone else... so i did a search and found out that CHS i run or owned by TERREMARK co. terremark is owned by ........guess who.... VERIZON COMMUNICATIONS INC. THE ceo OF VERIZON IS Lowell c. Mcadam, he evidently has no phone number and i haven't been able to find one.... BUT, you can call his mouthpiece DEMETRIUS POLINICK AND TELL HIM ALL ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS WITH CHS AND TERREMARK the number is 1-888-483-7770 tell him that if the calls from CHS ie; terremark dont stop now that you will sue anyone and everyone involved ...this worked for ME very well and the calls stopped.......good luck ....ME

If you need a name behind Cardholder Services, the name is Robert Pitsker, the president of the company. And how do I know that? Because he’s already been cited by the FCC for his company’s illegal actions. Cited 5 years ago (March 5, 2007). That shows how toothless the FCC is. You can find the citation (and an address) on the FCC website.

If the Republicans are serious about closing down useless federal agencies, I would suggest the FCC for that list. I’ve sent a half dozen complaints to them, reminding them in each case that this company has already been cited by them and continues to violate the law. Not only have I been on the Federal Do-Not-Call registry since it’s creation, I have NEVER owned a credit card. So there is no reason why this company should be calling me.

I will continue to send complaints to the Do-Not-Call Registry AND the FCC, hoping to embarrass them into action, every time Cardholder Services calls me. And I will start keeping copies of my complaints to send to my Congressmen in hopes of them forcing the FCC to do it’s job. What the rest of you do is up to you. And if someone decides to organize this group for a march on Washington and the FCC, let me know and I'll be there.

I had a Citi MC dormant for at least 6 months. The day after I used it after its dormancy, I got hit with 3 fraudulent charges. Newegg.com was the site I took the card out of storage for.

In fact, a lot of FDS hits in the past year involved either a legit Newegg charge, or a fraudulent one, more often, fraudulent...

Google or Bing the phone number see who owns it and ( all phone numbers are own by a company that the phone companys lease them from to lease them to us.) complain that there customer is misusing the DO NOT Call Laws and then threaten them that you will seek a class action law suite to sue them along with reporting them to the state attornys office and the US attorneys office for the do not call laws. WE Have to hold these companies accountable. They will tell you they have no control over what there customers use there phone numbers for. They are only blowing smoke in your face. The US attorneys office has a complaint web page and it works. The State Attorneys office can help and they are suppose to procute them also.
If we all do this together it will work.

All these schemes for wasting the time of the callers do nothing to hurt Card Services -- they just make it harder for their on-commission employees to make any money. These techniques don't work; that is why the Card Services company is still in business. The only remedy is to pass a stronger law. Maybe if companies like this had to pay a dime per call to the government it would slow them down...
