Today we were browsing around the web looking for new banking providers. Our current provider WellsFargo is suffering bad and their quality of service has been lacking. The fees have been increasing too, so time to shop around. One option for our business was Bank of America.
Imagine our surprise when we found out that Bank of America's web site was optimised for Netscape 4 and IE4 - for "security" purposes.
We cannot bring ourselves (a technology company) to work with a bank that thinks IE4 is secure.
Having spent some time working on projects in the financial industry we are aware that they are behind the times on some things but really. Endorsement of a browser that is more than 15 years old?

They are too busy NOT answering their customer comments and phone calls to notice. True story.
It is really a sad news that banks of America is not concentrating on their services. I think they should contrate on it more and more as just they have faced the crisis and their upbringing now depends on such things.
